Invasive POPUP ADS

Its out of control. Roughly every 30 seconds there are popup ads that take control of the screen and take you to an App Store page of a random app, which happens repeatedly (4 or 5 times back to back usually). This app should be pulled from the AppStore - you are hijacking peoples phones.
